On Dec. 14, 100 people gathered at the Kimpton Glover Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., to celebrate Chanukah. Sponsored by Temple Sinai, Temple Micah, Adas Israel, Sixth & I, Washington Hebrew Congregation, and Adat Shalom, the gathering raised funds to support HIAS, the global Jewish nonprofit that protects refugees.
